Changes…

Hello lovely people! Thanks for stopping by my House of Nicnax website! We are currently undergoing some changes to the structure of HoN.

In 2017 I will be moving to operate my other business The Little Craft House (check it out if you love craft supplies) full time. Unfortunately this doesn’t leave much time for my owls.
So Ill be changing up how you can get your hand on one!

Firstly you will still be able to buy via my Etsy Store.

You can also find them at Seaside Aromas in Rockingham.

And as I will not be attending markets myself- you will be able to find them as part of Kasa Mia ‘s stall at various markets around Perth.

This month we have 2 markets with the Perth Makers Market. These markets are fantastic with over 150 handmade stalls.

If your in Perth it is well worth the trip to check them out! You wont be disappointed!

Hi Guys!
If you are wondering where you can find us this week – you will be able to find the owls at the Blues in Bridgetown Festival on the 12th November.

House of Nicnax will be taking part in this event under the ‘Perth Makers Market” Stand.

New Stockist!

Exciting news friends! I have a new stockist! Yay!!!

You can now find House of Nicnax owls and woodland friends as part of the Co-Op Designs shop (located within MANY6160 Fremantle)

This is their opening weekend so to celebrate they are having a 10-40% off everything sale!

I was in first thing this morning to set up – and I must say – I LOVE the look they have gone with! I love all the wood displays (all handmade by one of the girls dads) and there was already some really quirky and unique handmade items just waiting to find their new homes!

So if your heading to Freo anytime soon – pop in and see the girls and check out all the amazing handmade goodies that Co-op Designs has to offer!

Hello! This weekend you will be able to find House of Nicnax at the opening of the new Stockland Harridale Shopping centre.

I will be taking part in a mini- market to celebrate the opening of the centre!

 

 

Top 3 Ways to use Scrabble Tiles (+ a bonus idea)

Scrabble tiles are a great way to make a unique and personalised gift for someone!

I have a massive variety listed for sale in my Ebay store (The Little Craft House) so I thought I’d show you some really quick and easy ways to use your tiles!

This little frame is definitely a favourite creation of mine! I made it as a souvenir for a friend visiting us here in Perth.

This is a cute little project too. I made this by simply cutting a picture from a magazine (you could also use a photo) glued it onto my tile and gave it a few coats of varnish to seal.

Next up are these coasters. I think a set of these would make an awesome housewarming gift! This coaster says ‘Good, Food, Wine, Dine.’ Other words to use could be – More, Beer, Love, Kiss, Cook etc!

And here’s a bonus idea I found this idea on floating around the net ( not sure who to give credit too – so if you know please let me know!)

Apparently there is hidden words for the ‘user’ of the bathroom to find!

So they are my top 3 (+the bonus) ideas!
